United Way raffle returns July 1 with two chances to WIN BIG

2025 drawing features two Cub Cadet lawn mowers

Interlakes Area United Way (IAUW) is rolling out the 2025 WIN BIG Raffle on Tuesday, July 1, and this year’s prizes are designed to mow you away.

Instead of one grand prize, two lucky winners will take home top-of-the-line Cub Cadet zero-turn lawn mowers, donated by longtime supporter Lake County International. Just 600 raffle tickets will be sold at $100 each.

The prize drawing will be held Friday, September 6, during halftime of Dakota State University’s Ag Bowl football game.

“This is a fun twist on our popular raffle,” said Karen Giles, executive director of Interlakes Area United Way. “With two winners and two amazing mowers up for grabs, your odds are better than ever—and your ticket helps strengthen our communities.”

Raffle proceeds benefit non-profit programs and agencies serving Lake, Miner, and Moody counties. These community partners provide critical services including food assistance, youth programs, senior care, mental health support, emergency aid and more.

• By mail: Download and mail the entry form from the IAUW website; entries must be postmarked by August 27
